This part is often overlooked by marketers who feel that the product / service is already known to the masses. This should not be the case, at any given point the goal is to get the product / service known and easily recognized.
3 ways to do this is by:
Guerilla Marketing, surprise ads / popups / advertising in unexpected places or situations.
Heavily targeted messages. This is also personalization.
I’ve noticed that this part is possibly the most challenging part. Looking at adverts people post daily, I see that the information is not broken up and easy to read, that there is not enough information to grab interest, that there are not relavent or targeted illustrations…
All of the above matters so much, and a splash of colour here and there is not necessarily going to gain the interest of the target. Just putting contact details and a picture simply won’t cut it either…
Its got to be fluid, and gentle, but with just enough beef!
This is the NEED for the product / service. Interest is the WANT, how are you adding the NEED for the potential clients to click the “Get a Quote” or “subscribe” button on your website? Or jumping into the car to get that burger NOW?
The last step is an interesting one… So we have the potential client attracted, interested and wanting this product. So how are we going to get the customer to take the next steps? This is what i love to call “The Value Step”

Offering a free consultation to help understand the clients need in it entirety is a great one.
REMEMBER, WE LIVE IN A WORLD FULL OF SKEPTICISM, OFFERING A TRY OUT AND THEN FOLLOWING UP AND ASSISTING THE CLIENT WITH ANY WOES THEY MAY HAVE AND REALLY LISTENING TO THEM REALLY HELPS .
